Cityscape Global to be hosted by Riyadh in November

Saudi Arabia is ramping up efforts to boost its tourism landscape as it hosts the second edition of Cityscape Global.

The event will happen from November 11 to 14 in Malham, Riyadh, under the theme “The Future of Living.” Cityscape Global is the largest real estate in the world.

Investment opportunities at Cityscape Global

The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, Real Estate General Authority and the Housing program will be overseeing the event. In addition, Talahuf will organize the event. It is a joint venture of the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming, and Drones; Events Investment Fund; and Informa PLC.

Attendees can expect 400 institutional investors and top global real estate, architecture, and design brands to be at Cityscape Global. These include German architectural partnership firm HPP International Planungsgesellschaft mBH, and Singapore’s Emotive Experience Art Studio owner, Edwin Cheong. Also to attend is the global architectural, design, planning, and advising firm, HKS Inc.

More than 400 exhibitors will take part in the event, such as non-profit French association AFEX – Architectes Francais à L’Export. AFEX represents more than 200 design and architecture professionals.

Other big names among the exhibitors include real estate company Flambard Williams from the UK. The property investment company will be joining Cityscape Global for the first time. It will be offering big opportunities for investors, such as the construction of Angel Gardens in Manchester. Angel Gardens is a high-end residential building with 400 stylish apartments.

Seven specialized platforms

Cityscape Global will feature seven specialized platforms showcasing innovative projects, particularly new methods in technology, sustainability, and quality. Aside from this, there will be another platform for mega events and stadiums, and another for yuppies to share their experiences. Guests can also look forward to a networking lounge for establishing industry relationships and partnerships.

Meanwhile, attendees can gain insights from the Future of Living summit and the Institutional Investors’ Forum, the Asset Horizons conference. Moreover, 500 experts will also share their thoughts on the future of the industry using innovations in real estate technology.

Shaped by Vision 2030

Speaking to Zawya, Minister of Municipalites and Housing noted how Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 is shaping the present and future of real estate in the kingdom.

“Saudi Arabia’s real estate landscape is undergoing an enormous transformation driven by Vision 2030,” he remarked. “The comprehensive strategy for the real estate sector aims to achieve the goals of the vision by building a prosperous and solid economy and vibrant, integrated communities in an ambitious nation.”

He also spoke about the significance of Cityscape Global in helping drive the growth of the real estate sector.

“Cityscape Global is a major catalyst for this transformation in the real estate sector, as this huge event brings together investors, developers, and industry leaders to showcase and discover major real estate projects and enhance international cooperation between companies operating in the sector, in an effort to contribute to creating a bright future where opportunities and prosperity are within everyone’s reach,” he said.
