Talahuf hosted the event, the world’s largest real estate exhibition. Talahuf is a partnership between the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming, and Drones, the Events Investment Fund, and Informa.
Cityscape Global 2024, under the theme of “The Future of Living,” aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.
Moreover, it saw real estate deals exceed $61 billion. On the opening day alone, Saudi Arabia unveiled projects worth USD 47.9 million, underscoring the kingdom’s ambitious development goals.
Additionally, strategic agreements totaling $7.9 billion highlighted the strength of public-private partnerships in advancing Saudi Arabia’s urban transformation.
About Cityscape Global 2024
This year’s Cityscape Global marked a significant leap in global participation. The event featured over 100 local developers and welcomed 69 international exhibitors, reflecting a 64% increase from 2023. Furthermore, the strong international presence emphasized Saudi Arabia’s growing appeal to global investors.
“The participation of global and local companies, with international exhibitors accounting for 47%, highlights Riyadh’s appeal as a global destination for real estate investment,” noted Tahaluf Chairman Faisal Al Khamisi.
Key speakers, including Minister of Municipalities and Housing Majid Al-Hogail, highlighted the government’s role in fostering a thriving real estate sector. In addition, Al-Hogail emphasized the importance of sustainable urban development and innovation’s role in achieving Vision 2030 objectives. He also reaffirmed the kingdom’s commitment to creating opportunities for investors and developers alike.
“The remarkable investments, agreements, and participation at Cityscape Global reflect the ongoing growth of the sector and its alignment with the ministry’s strategic objectives under Saudi Vision 2030,” Al Hogail remarked.
