Ritz-Carlton AMAALA and Vision 2030

In line with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, Ritz-Carlton, AMAALA aims to diversify the kingdom’s economy by promoting tourism and heritage. By the time it opens, it will contribute to the goal of welcoming 150 million visitors annually by 2030.

Global firm Foster + Partners is at the helm of designing the luxury resort, taking pride in sustainable architecture. In line with this, Ritz-Carlton AMAALA will take inspiration from the architecture of the nearby town, Al Wajh.

In collaboration with Marriott International and Red Sea Global (RSG), the Ritz-Carlton, AMAALA will offer world-class wellness experiences. Because of its landscape of sand dunes and views of the Red Sea, it creates an atmosphere of calm. Once open, the resort will offer 391 guest rooms, 80 percent of which will face the sea. Additionally, there will be restaurants overlooking the Red Sea, a family pool, rock pool, and a world-class spa.
