About Snooker Masters

Playerds play snooker on a billiard table. Players use a white cue ball to pocket 15 red and six colored balls in a particular sequence. Historically, it was played in the United Kingdom by two people with long, thin poles known as cues.

The Snooker Masters, meanwhile, is more appropriately referred to as the Masters. It is a professional invitational snooker tournament that has been running every year since 1975 and is under the World Snooker Tour. Originally, only the top 10 players in the world were invited. These days, the number of invitees has gone up to a standard top 16 players.

Currently, the reigning champion is Ronnie O’Sullivan, who has won his eighth Masters title in 2024.

Apart from Snooker Masters, Saudi Arabia is hosting other events like the World Rally Championship and the Esports World Cup.
